All plans excluding the FW Casual account come with 10MB web space for a personal
web site. Excess web space is charged at $2.20/MB/month2.

Between 4.00pm and midnight, users maybe disconnected if they have been
online for over 2 hours and all the lines are full. Users may connect again
straight away. Users may be disconnected if their connection has been idle

Other Services
POP accounts - Each FunnelWeb Internet account comes
with a single POP account. You can purchase additional POP accounts for
$27.50 per annum per account.
Aliases - You can have a maximum of 5 aliases on each
POP account. Setup is $11.00 per alias and FunnelWeb Internet offers 2
free setups with each POP account.
Additional logons - Each FunnelWeb Internet account has
1 logon. You can purchase additional logons for $11.00 per month per logon.
Not available on the FunnelWeb Unlimited or Extreme plans.

Computer SetupIf you are unsure on how to set-up your computer for the Internet then
FunnelWeb Internet can help! Drop your computer off at our offices and
we will do the hard work ready for you to take home, plug in and simply
log on. A small fee applies.
Account Suspension
FunnelWebbers are able to suspend their dialup accounts for a minimum of 2
weeks and a maximum of 3 months. An account can only be suspended for a maximum of 3 months within any 12 month period. For further information please contact
