Additional Information
- All Residential plans include 10mb disk space for personal purposes only.
Excess web space is charged at $2.20/mb/month.
- All Residential plan Contracts are for a minimum period of 6 months. Disconnections
less than 6 months into the contract incur a $86.00 fee plus the minimum monthly fees
for the remainder of the contract period.
- A line speed change incurs a $64.00 fee.
- Speeds are presented in downstream/upstream format. For example, 256/64
represents up to 256kbps received by the user from the Internet, and upstream
64kbps refers to traffic sent to the Internet from the user. Speeds are indicative
only.
- A PSTN phone line is needed in order to connect to the ADSL Broadband service.
FunnelWeb Internet can check to see if you are connected to an ADSL enabled
exchange in an area serviced by Internet Direct.
- Set-up fees do not include hardware costs or configuration of hardware.
If you need help with configuring your hardware, we can assist. For those
users with an ADSL modem, you can drop your computer off at our offices and
we will do the hard work ready for you to take home, plug in and simply log
on. An hourly rate will be charged with a minimum of 1 hours work. For those
users with ADSL routers
- Monthly fees are billed in advance and excess usage billed one month in
arrears. Credit card auto-deductions only. All prices include GST.
- Fees and allowances coincide with calendar months and are pro-rated if
accounts are started or terminated part way through a month.
- Limited personal details will be disclosed to third parties for the installation
and maintenance of broadband services.
