- Windows NT, only with Service Pack 4 installed
- Mac OS (System 7 and System 8.1 and above).
Connection issues including:
- Not being able to connect
- Disconnection Problems
- Performance issues.
Modem issues including the following standards:
- V.90, K56Flex, V.34, V.32bis.
Web browser problems:
- Proxy Configuration with Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator / Communicator (Version 4 and above)
- Issues with any True North Consulting or FunnelWeb Internet WebPages.
E-mail problems:
- Problems receiving e-mail
- Problems sending e-mail
FunnelWeb only provide support for the following e-mail applications:
- Internet Mail, Outlook Express, Netscape/Communicator Mail and Eudora.
FunnelWeb only provide support for the following e-mail issues:
- Configuration
- Problems sending and receiving e-mails.
Any support enquiries outside of the above are not covered as part of the free
support provided by FunnelWeb.
Specifically, FunnelWeb does not provide support for:
- Development, pre-release or beta software.
- Macintosh Operating System 8.0 (contact your supplier for an upgrade)
- Websites other than True North Consulting and FunnelWeb Internet's.
If problems are encountered with a Website, users should contact the webmaster for that particular site.
Queries that fall outside the FunnelWeb support policy should be directed to the author of the software or administrators of the particular service as appropriate.
FunnelWeb support staff are unable to advise you on how to locate information
on the Internet.
All the information needed to accomplish configuration tasks is provided in
our set-up instructions on our comprehensive support section of this web site.
Once you have viewed either the hardcopy version on electronic version and are
still having difficulties, FunnelWeb is happy to help over the phone within
reason.

FunnelWeb users can access all their account details and services on-line.
Information available from this interface includes Transaction Statements, Itemised
Usage Statements and details of Pending Charges. When visiting the accounts
page on the World Wide Web you will be prompted for a UserName and password.
The UserName and password are the same as you use to log onto the Internet.
